They are typically preferred up to 9 meters anda re narrower compared ton on-wheeled products. Modular assembly options are limited.

- Non-Wheeled Tiny Houses;
It is built on its own steel construction and does not require a trailer. While its length can still be up to 12 meters, its width can extend up to 3.5 meters. There are unlimited modular assembly options, allowing fort he creation of large areas by assembling on-site.
- Both products are subject to permits that may vary according to local regulations. The claim that permits mentioned for wheeled Tiny Houses only allow movement on highways without requiring planning permission is inaccurate.

Yes! In business modules, there are structures available for offices, security, cafes, sales offices, kiosks and a wide range of other sectors. These business modules can be designed according to your preferences if desired.

The insulation values of these structures are significantly higher compared to concrete buildings. Based on the insulation materials used, they can be comfortably used during both summer and winter seasons.
