Can you legally position these cabins on your land or anywhere by putting wheels under them? The answer is no. These cabins, commonly known as tiny houses with trailers, require proper licensing. Their O2 documents only permit travel on highways. So, while you can’t use them as permanent residences, they can still be transported using cranes and may have various permits based on local government regulation.
